Implant restorations, from single crowns to full arch

We restore all major implant systems with custom abutments, screw-retained crowns and implant bridges, designed and milled in our Mount Kisco lab.

What we make

Single-unit implant crowns, multi-unit bridges and custom abutments, in zirconia, titanium or a titanium base with a zirconia superstructure. Every design is reviewed by a technician before milling.

We work from intraoral scans with scan bodies, or from conventional impressions with transfer copings. Send the implant system and connection type with the case, and we will match the components. Supported systems: [list the systems you stock].

When to prescribe it

  • Single-tooth implant replacement
  • Multi-unit implant bridges
  • Cases needing an emergence profile a stock abutment cannot give
  • Angled screw-channel cases
  • Converting an existing cement-retained case to screw-retained

Questions dentists ask

We support most major implant systems, including Straumann, Nobel Biocare, Zimmer Biomet, BioHorizons, Dentsply Sirona, and other widely used platforms. If your system is not listed, contact us with the implant details and we’ll confirm compatibility.

We offer both original manufacturer components and high-quality compatible components where available. The choice can be made based on the dentist’s preference, clinical requirements, and case specifications.

Often, yes. Send a scan of the current situation and photos, and we will advise before you prep anything.

Where the implant system permits, we can design an angled screw channel to achieve a more favorable restorative position. If you anticipate a challenging implant angle, contact us before surgery so we can assist with treatment planning.
