Full-arch Prettau zirconia bridges

We have made full-arch restorations from Prettau zirconia for more than 15 years. Its strength and translucency let us reduce or skip porcelain layering, which lowers the risk of chipping on posterior teeth.

What is a Prettau bridge

Prettau zirconia is a high-strength, translucent zirconia used for implantsupported full-arch bridges. Combined with color liquids, it produces highly aesthetic frameworks that need little or no veneering porcelain. It is often the material of choice for cases with limited restorative space or implant restorations that need tissue compensation.

When to prescribe it

  • Final full-arch restoration after All-on-4 or All-on-X surgery
  • Cases with reduced vertical space
  • Patients with heavy occlusion or a history of porcelain chipping
  • Implant cases needing pink tissue compensation

Why dentists choose ours

Strength and aesthetics

Dense zirconia with natural translucency.

Healthier tissue

A highly polished surface that resists plaque buildup.

No posterior chipping

Porcelain only on labial surfaces, if at all.

Questions dentists ask

Typically 7–10 working days from approval of the final design. When planned in advance, a surgical temporary can often be prepared the same day or next working day.

Yes. Send us a scan of the approved temporary or prototype along with photographs and the verified bite. We can use it as the reference for tooth position, arch form, occlusion, and overall esthetics of the final zirconia restoration.

Minor adjustments or localized ceramic repairs may be possible depending on the type and extent of the damage. Significant fractures or structural damage may require laboratory evaluation and, in some cases, fabrication of a new restoration.

Yes. For full-arch cases, we can provide a printed or milled PMMA prototype before final zirconia fabrication. This allows the dentist and patient to verify fit, bite, phonetics, tooth position, and esthetics before approving the final restoration.
